Illegal apartment complexes, temples, coconut plantations, temporary sheds, buildings and compounds around Kaggadasapura lake in Varthur hobli will be brought down on Saturday, as the Bangalore Urban district officials will undertake a major eviction drive to clear the encroachments around the lake.

Will half of Bangalore be evacuated in ten years?

There was a time when the area of Basavanagudi especially Police Station Road was peaceful and resident friendly.

However from last 6-8 months there is a lot of commerical activities which are coming up in the residential area and the whole charm of the old bangalore is completely lost.

I Request the Active Members and present RWA activist to advice us on this.

We are proposing to Register our Association and we are not getting any good consultant to help us in this regard.

In what capacity should we approach the Builder for D O D ( Deed of Declaration ) . Can We approach them as a Individual Owners or as an Association ?

Is it mandatory for the Builder to  Register and issue the D O D ?

Can the Builder Buy time or can he Register the D O D  even if all the flats are unsold ?

What is the Legality iinvolved in the Possession Letter which are being issued by the Builders .

Can A resident can occupy the Apartments, if Possession Letter is issued by the Builders.

Is there any time limit to occupy the Apartment, since issue and receipt of the Possession Letter.

Otherway, Is it Legal to occupy the Flats without occupancy Certificate ?
