Sanjeev brought out a very valid point on how access to ITPL/whitefield is going to get affected in the next coming years because of the metro construction there.

It is beyond doubt that we need the metro going there and soon..it should have happened years ago as part of phase I itself..but it will be happening now..

I had an occasion to set a quiz for a group of friends recently. I set one round on the above subject, and the following were the questions:

1) Refused food and liquor, a former education minister's son and his friends flew into a rage and allegedly set fire to a restaurant (near Mysore)'s thatched enclosure. Name the minister and the son.

we have been trying to contact the corporation for the fault of a street light, on 14 main road, Sadashivnagar, but there seems to be a problem in the telephone line, hence this complaint. 

I had to travel to Bidadi on Saturday on some official work. I took the train from Kengeri to Bidadi station. The journey took me 15 minutes on the push pull train. I had the following observations:
(1) There were only two stations on the entire 18 kilometre stretch
