Both Gali Janardhan Reddy and his brother-in-law B Srinivas Reddy have been lodged at the Central Crime Station (CCS) lockup which is 'famous' for bandicoots paying a visit now and then. Sources told Express that in the absence of a cell in the CBI office at Koti, CBI joint director VV Lakshminarayana has decided to keep the duo in the CCS lockup.

Seeing the used plastic cups, lying amongst other waste, in a bin, Dr Meenakshi Bharath, the SWM evangelist, dramatically bent down and started picking up the cups one by one with bare hands. This past Saturday (11th June) morning, my son left home on his mobike at around 4.45, and as he was turning into the Shinivagilu village road, past the Ganesha temple (S T Bed layout), a pack of stray dogs attacked him. He dodged them and rode along, even as a few kept chasing. One of them took a snipe at his foot, even biting through his shoe, drawing blood.
