Seems quite amazing that since 2 1/2 years and even before the Govt has sunk in land scams and we all knew this from the politicians affidavits in elections but the lid was blown by the former CM and political opponents and RTI activists.

In the emergency how many more people were on the streets

 Having used BMTC for almost a decade, learnt many interesting experiences. To reach a place we generally prefer to travel by the shorter route and if possible direct bus. But shorter route/direct route  may not always be the faster route,and if involves changing buses might be expensive too.

Recently I had interaction with Indian Oil help desk due to my observation at filling station under IOC logo. Here is what happened and outcome. Should not consider this post against that specific filling station, most of the observations are common and not only experience by me, but most of us.

A group of students have been working on a street tree census in Bangalore. This team has now completed a count of all the street trees in one particular ward and put up the details online - here.
