Is there any expert consultancy available in Bangalore to gude New RWAs formation and Registration.

I Request the Active Members and present RWA activist to advice us on this.

We are proposing to Register our Association and we are not getting any good consultant to help us in this regard.

The meet started shortly after 10AM at the senate hall of the prestigious Bangalore central collage premises. The organizers were seen giving final touches to the Auditorium when we entered the Auditorium at 10AM. That was when we saw the session chairman a Swami being ushered in by the reception committee.  

In what capacity should we approach the Builder for D O D ( Deed of Declaration ) . Can We approach them as a Individual Owners or as an Association ?

Is it mandatory for the Builder to  Register and issue the D O D ?

Can the Builder Buy time or can he Register the D O D  even if all the flats are unsold ? 

We find on and off some time strict implementation by Trafic Police No Parking of Private Buses, BMTC Buses at the entry point of  K.R. Puram TIN Factory Hanging Bridge. There is no seriousness to control and regulate the Trafic. More worst is the Private Buses and fleet operators who don't care about anything except their " Money collection ".

I have been living in Bombay for the past 15 months.  Chose a place to live close to my children's school to minimize their commute.  A number of my (now ex-) colleagues live in the same area - some in the same building, some within 5 minutes walk.   I changed jobs in Jan and my new office is about 1.7 km from my old.
