Sir,

Please take up the BMTC stage wise fare

I feel it is a totally different style of calculating ticket fares and stages.

I would like to share / explain with an example -

Dedicated Bus / High Occupancy Vehicles (HOV) Lane around CBD

We see huge number of Buses passing through some of the CBD Area in Bangalore few of the roads. Despite of that, there is no dedicated lanes for BMTC buses and other High Occupancy Vehicles such as office shuttles. This slows down Public Transport Buses and also leads to accidents such as Buses hitting 2 wheeler leading to fatalities.

I would like to suggest to you all to take up the initiative of storm water drain that needs cleaning  / de-silting etc and also we will need to change the specifications of the roads manual and also pay the contractors a little more.

Recently in one of the family trip to New York, I was given a parking violation ticket for not displaying the parking ticket properly. The violation was I had placed the ticket faced down and the parking inspector couldn't see the validity of the ticket. And rightly so, he issued a ticket. This was in place called Jackson Heights, famous for Indian Stores.

With LEDs becoming cheaper, many have started fitting LEDs to vehicles as decorations.

If fitted with care and some common sense they can look attractive and improve the vehicle's visibility.

The problem starts with people using random colors and placing them on random parts of the vehicle.

I saw a taxi cab with flashing blue and red LEDs on the windscreen.
