House Commitee Magic at BIAL!

Happen to visit BIAL site out of curiosity to find anything that might be of interest. The current website still doesn't excite me, which many of have you written about it. But its one menu "Testimonials" attracted my attention.

Overall, only good comments. One thing stands out from every testimonial posted here, i.e. VIP lounge and its hospitality to its VIP guests. Seems our House Committee probe did its magic to get this lounge up and running in no time. Hats off to Probe committee. I wish we had more such house committees.

The most interesting part is that they responded. YAY! - I was so elated to receive this response from BIAL team last week. My wife travelled to Bengaluru and I was checking the airport maps to help her locate the duty free shop and thats when I realized the map is so outdated. They did not have a visual QA check the website before launching and it had dummy text (Which we all designers or visual developers add as place holders) it still exists hopefully they have rectified it while I write this. 

I took screen shots and sent it to BIAL team and VOILA they responded positively and said they will look into it.
