Plan engagements (meetings, RTIs) with BDA to know budget and public transport plans
Let us plan meetings, Q&A sessions, and RTIs - basically whatever possible to know more about BDA's budgets, spendings and plans, specifically in area of public transport for Bengaluru.
As such, we have never tried to meet or engage with BDA here. This project would be the first attempt.

BMTC Meeting Presentation and Minutes
We had a meeting with the CTM(O) of BMTC, the first half a presentation was presented by Praja (attached below)
There were a couple of topics discussed ranging from how to publicize BMTC to feeder minibusses.
