Many BMTC Drivers and conductors (Mainly ordinary, pushpak and suvarna) are issuing used tickets. It works like this: I buy a ticket for say 30 Rs. Say I do not have change and I hand over Rs. 100 to the conductor/driver then he writes at the top on the back side of one ticket the amount he has to return me back (Rs 70).

Good News is BMTC will have more buses on the road as the below news article in todays newspaper, But where is the relevant Infrastructure planned for this launch.

1.The roads are still narrow.

2.The Bus Depots are still under construction or tenders are just out.

3.The routes are not planned to run this 1000 odd buses.

For the bus day, one of the things in discussion is to block a few corridors and allow only buses. Does anyone have any idea which corridors can be used? Also there should be a possible diversion for the cars and auto etc to go.

It would be very helpful if it can be mapped on a google map.
