I appriciate this facility by BTP/B-TRAC. This switch enables pedistrians to intervene automatic signal so that a green signal is forced for road crossing. As this seems relatively new, no one seems using it. Probably some volunteering work needed to educate users. We need more such signals at highways.

We went to a newly released Hindi movie yesterday in Innovative Multiplex. The posters, the songs (played both on TV and Radio) looked and sounded like an 'adults only' movie. infact, the rating of the movie was 'A'.

Shortly after this BBMP dug up all the roads for laying water pipes, leaving no way even to walk for weeks. After lying the pipes, deep holes were filled back with loose mud, leaving Vignan nagar once again in mud and pollution.

As per law, does service tax need to be collected from Aprtment members?

Is the Service tax appliable to be levied on the maintenance charges? even though the Apartment is maintained by the Association and not by the Builder.
