What do a techie, patent analyst, networking products developer and a Linux freak have in common? Bird watching, and we’re not talking about babes here. Picture instead that robust metal bird — the aircraft.
The Bangalore Spotters Group comprises four members —Devesh Agarwal, Nitin Nair, Praveen Sundaram and Nimish Gupta — who are plane spotters. Plane spotting is a hobby where spotters observe an aircraft’s key attributes and capture these moments through photography. They notice a distinctive noise from the plane’s engine or the number of vapour trails it leaves against a blue sky; or colour scheme or equipment that changes the silhouette of the plane! These aviation enthusiasts can be seen near airport runways.
