BDA makes a well planed layout with roads for proper connectivity. BBMP has the audacity to issue a khata for the public road to a company owned by former chief minister Yeddyurappa (Sons), who in turn block, a BDA road!
I just want to request Indian Railways to upgrade the reservation system.
When a person is filling the reservation form please have a compulsory field for a mobile number. Travellers can then get to know about ticket upgrade status by automatic SMS system, no need to check PNR status again and again.
It is a matter of shame that we treat our state guest with such shabby hospitality. This is the sordid tale of hospitality rendered to the India's next Supreme Court Chief Justice. Justice Altimas Kabir was treated with soiled linen and torn towels at the state owned Kumara Krupa guest house. More shocking is the behavior of state employees at the guest house.
Hi All, I'm one of the regular commuters who has to cross the infamous and extremely narrow Graphite India traffic junction at EPIP, Whitefield for more than 7 years now. Ofcourse the number of companies have multiplied in EPIP, for which this is the Only entry point for 90% of the commuters who come from the city. Rest 10% come from the other side of the road, i.e. the ITPL side.
Seeing the used plastic cups, lying amongst other waste, in a bin, Dr Meenakshi Bharath, the SWM evangelist, dramatically bent down and started picking up the cups one by one with bare hands. This was at lunch time following the meeting of RWA's, convened by the Namma Bengaluru Foundation last Saturday, at the Koramangala Club.
Hi all, have we considered the Trams option for Bangalore?
Clearly, on our narrow and super busy Indian roads, Trams seem unviable. However, we should probably consider them for the suburbs being developed. What about Trams in Electronic City or from EC to Silk Board?
Back in Mr Sudhir Krishna's days, there used to be a buzz about BMRDA. Remember the talk of satellite towns, satellite town ring roads, and the 7 'proposed' satellite townships. Part of the buzz is back with Bidadi integrated township project. Mind you, its a PPP to develop a 9000+ acre township.
