State held Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) has bagged a national award constituted by the Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO). Even as there have been heated debates over the worthiness of BMTC being bestowed awards for safety aspects (check this), I expect there can't be much of a debate on its being bestowed an award for constructing the TTMC's, considering the fact that not one person has had anything positive to say about the TTMCs on this blog, as also a few other related ones.
As such, such awards only cause to besmirch the reputation of the institutions conferring the award. Perhaps HUDCO would like to take note.
