Attaching a high level summary (presentation) on DriveWell day. The details are being worked out between sponsor and Traffic Police as we speak, they are on for Sep 30th. Watch for publicity to begin soon. One thing we need to do is to look for a sponsor for the next event on this concept.

An initiative to highlight better driver behavior and enforcement via unique events
Building on the concept of enforcement day, some of us had described the concept to Mr Praveen Sood in this meeting.
Pay & display parking system for Bengaluru
200 crore for vehicle parking in the BBMP budget and not a mention of charging for the same? @ 5 lakhs per parking meter (Brigade road type) installed every 100 meters one can get 4000 meters & paid parking on 400 kms of roads in Bengaluru for this amount. I am hoping that should cover the CBD and more.
A week from now, a woman police officer will be manning Bangalore City west division traffic, with 21 traffic police stations and four sub-divisions under her purview.Monthly archive
