How to Improve Efficiency in our system

Hi All, Can we work out a plan like before the Election the party & the people who were in rule has to come infrount of the people and have to share Developments, Construction ,New Project Implementation , New Rule & regulation ,which they have done for the city and to the state in the time span what they had got. Then people should decide weather that person should be given a chance again or not to compete in the Election. By this we can have better & efficent politicians and many young people will get chance to get in to politics(Who really want to make some difference).We can follow the same thing for Government Employee's & Public servants where they can have a fourm once in 3 months let them propose what they want to do and what they have done. So each and every person of this state will be aware of what happening in & around. Hope this sounds a better idea to make our system stronger. Hope to see a positive resoponse Warm Regards Avinash
