Aam Aadmi Party's rout of the Congress, I would like to believe, had more to do with the revulsion of the Delhi-ites with the inept and corrupt Central regime than with the comparatively competent Sheila Dikshit government. Metro Phase 2 Work is going to start shortly in a period of 6 months or so. Already tenders have been called for the demolition of acquired properties.

Imagine OMR- ORR Junction which is already fully choked with vehicles with Metro work on it for the extension to Whitefield.

BBMP Thunder

We have several violations taking place and they have to be "attacked" by BBMP on the spot. But I guess, BBMP's vigilance dept does not have such "striking" force (not sure). If this is the case, may I suggest a powerful, mobile "BBMP-Thunder" force. Somewhat similar to BMTC Sarathi / Bangalore Police Hoysala?
