Even if we donot always understand the whats and whys of what they do, we have all heard of the B* organizations - BBMP, BDA, BCP, BMTC, BMRC & so on. Now meet RITES, the Dilli based consultancy arm of the Indian Railways. Many of the B* orgs' projects depend on it.

Moving The Finish Line The Bangalore Way

Sticking with it for over a decade now, to get a pioneering legal framework setup and then going on to implement the country's first greenfield airport project, BIAL's Albert Brunner has shown that he's a lambe race ka ghoda. But with Bangalore continuously moving the finish line, he's having a horrible time pacing the race.

Lacking Traffic Discipline in Bangalore

Bangalore means Traffic - Wherever we see, we see jams, accidents, fights between drivers and much more unpredictable incidents. What is preventing Bangalore from having a clean, disciplined traffic. Few of the issues I found the difference between foreign countries and India in General and Bangalore in Particular are:

1. People are not afraid of Law and the Traffic Cops.
