Train Fares hiked after 10 years !

Finally the Ministry of Railways, has bit the bullet - Hiked the passenger fares across the board. Though the hike is very modest and reasonable, already voices of opposition are heard from BJP, and other known socialists. Nothing new in Indian politics.

The script of non-functional systems, morals is once again at the fore. Once again it is same story. Helplines, laws encouraging citizens to lend help to victims exists only on paper. The late "Amanat" could have better chances had the '100' number worked they way it should, someone from onlooking public had taken her to nearest hospital little earlier.

Here I am trying get all Tenders called by SWR in Bangalore Division. These infrastructure will help CRS implementation.

1. Yeshvanthpur: Extension of FOB from Platform 2/3 to 4, 5 & 6

Tender called on 28.05.2012 value : Rs 78.42 Lakhs, Duration of Completion 6 months from Tender award.
