CIVIC Bangalore has great pleasure in inviting you to a STATE-LEVEL SEMINAR on 74th Constitutional Amendment Act in Karnataka: Status in 2010 and Future
Chief Guest: Sri S. Suresh Kumar, Hon'ble Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Urban Development. Representatives from Bengaluru and other 8 municipal corporations in the state, cities and towns, RWAs, political parties, academia, civil society, officials and the media will be participating.

Registration: 9.30-10.00 AM

Welcome & Objectives: 10.00-10.10AM

SESSION 1 (10.10 AM -11-30 PM): Status of 74th CAA in city corporations & municipalities of Karnataka including Bangalore - Presentation and Discussion (Chief Guest- Mr. S. Suresh Kumar, Hon’ble Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs & Urban Development), followed by open discussions.

SESSION 2 (11.40- 1.15 PM): Community Participation Law –Presentation and Discussion, followed by Open Discussion
    
Lunch 1.15 -2. 00 PM

SESSION 3 (2.00- 3.15 PM): Bangalore Region Governance Bill- Presentation and Discussion, followed by Open Discussion
    
SESSION 4 (3.30 to 4.55 PM): Presentation on “Inclusive Development through 74th CA” & Summation of the seminar (Chief guest-  Mr. Subir Hari Singh, Addnl. Chief Secretary, Urban Development)
