Does anyone know plan on how ORR - Marathalli junction will be made signal free ? I could not find any post in Praja regarding this.

Recently I noticed that ramp from ORR (when you from KR Puram) to Marathalli bridge is being widened to 4 lanes road (two lanes on each direction).

Electoral rolls - response from Manivannan

Dear Friends,

Now that the posts on ‘Electoral Roll’ appear to have concluded, it’s time to respond to the issues raised. Many of the issues raised such as ‘bad system’, ‘where the buck stops?’, ‘dedicated official is an oxymoron’ etc are generic and serious in nature; let’s examine the issues with facts and figures.

"Road Dividers" or "Walls"?

Dear Sir,

Recently most of the important roads of Bangalore have been made double roads.
As part of that, "Road Dividers" have been placed in the middle of roads, so that the traffic gets streamlined.
This is a welcome move and helps.

Digging of roads and improper patch up

The roads in Whitefield-ITPL area were in reasonably good condition after the last asphalting and periodic maintenance works. However the good conditioned roads were spoiled by the pits digged (and left without properly filling/repairing) for laying pipe conduits (for fiber cable ?) underground.
