Today morning I had suprise visitors to my home from Bescom. Two men in a scooter, one person ready to remove the electric fuse at home. They came and suddenly asked for the receipt of last month's electricity bill. I had kept it somewhere and had to search all over home.

"Can't fix it if you can't measure it". That is what a lot of people say. There is a lot that gets measured by BBMP/BMTC/BWSSB/BESCOM/BDA etc. But we just don't get to see. Want GIS data used for creating masterplan to be public? Want to know the city's water consumption, and inflow from each source every day?

Like IRCTC , Passport Seva website also seem to be giving appointments to Agents.

On paper, there are no agents or touts who facilitate appointments in the passport-issuing process.
