Our experience with Karnataka Electrical Inspectorate

Those of us living in apartments might know that an annual inspection of the electrical installations in our buildings (DG set, earthing, wiring, lifts, etc) by the KSEI is mandatory.

With no formal announcement in the media, BBMP outsources property survey project to an NGO for parts of North Bangalore including Yelahanka, Vidyaranyapura; residents asked to cooperate.

When even die-hard Socialists seem to be reconciled to letting perennially sick public sector units (PSUs) being either privatised or left to waste away, Kerala is showing another way. The state is not just propping up haemorrhaging PSUs but is pulling them out of the red; some are even making decent profits.

PPP of politics

After Public Private Participation PPP the Politics Personalities Parties PPP discussed in an earlier thread was interesting. I am with the “Prajagalu” as far as the abysmal speed with which things are progressing in our country’s politics as much we would like it in a hurry.
