Could also do with the basics such as:
1) Is everyone eligible to seek information?2) How does one, say in Mandya, Chamarajanagar or wherever, go about filing a requisition? In a standard printed format? Or plain paper? 3) Any fee involved?4) How does one submit requisition; to whom?5) Can it be done online?
Would benefit from the experience of those who have gone through the mill.

online RTI system
Wanted to point out that BBMP website promises an online RTI filing and query system. See their RTI page.
Now, since its the same software company (egovernments.org) building/running Mysore City site as well, I would expect that it is possible for Mysore to get a similar system in place.
Let us wait for Bangalore System to come online. We at Praja will sure make very good use of it and just can't wait.
