New green belt projects from BDA?

On the eprocurement website, spotted two interesting tenders from BDA for work in the green belt zone.

Seeds for raising plantation in green belt

Procurement of approximately one lakh quality seedlings for Raising plantations in BDA Layouts, Government lands, Streams, Lakes, Nallas etc., of green belt area Bangalore

And this one, de-weeding, de-silting of water bodies

De-weeding in the valleys, streams, rivers, tanks and other Govt .Lands in the Green Belt and adjoining areas surrounding Bangalore City and De-silting and excavation for clearing of blockages or for deepening the valleys, streams, rivers, tanks and Govt. lands in the Green Belt and adjoining areas surrounding Bangalore City (the measurements will be carried out on the basis of standard stacks of 2 Cum and deducting 15% towards shrinkage.

Tenders don't have indicative value. Would be good to find out who is in-charge of these works at BDA. Would be nice to go meet this person.

Now, where can one get a map of the "green belt" mentioned by BDA? Does BMRDA have a separate green belt of its own to manage, or does BDA manage them all?
