Long waiting time for amenities after flat completion

In Bangalore, so far it is often seen that builder has delivered the flat but not the amenities like Club house, Commercial etc. Money is taken for them and those are mentioned in advertisement and sale deed. People have started residing in the flats but no sign of getting those essentials which are one of the key factors in the selling point and buying decisions.

Please do come to support the Cycle day and in addition can meet the people who are behind the Namma Railu campaign for last 3 years.
