This is an issue that I have been pursuing for more than a year now. Last November, the Chief Minister's office was kind enough to take note and forward it to MD of BMTC... and the wait continues!

Apparently, BMTF's website inviting online complaints against encroachments and building violations have drawn the unwanted attention of powers that-be and the website http://bmtf.gov.in/ has been brought down unfortunately.
