How to make Bangalore more clean - How to educate people to be clean?

Bangalore, the Silicon Valley of India only in IT competing with other cities in the world. This is only in IT and not in any other terms such as Infrastructure, Governance and above all Cleanliness. 

One thing is the Government Authorities such as BBMP do not maintain the city clean, due to the kind of people who are ruling in BBMP.

Look at how we want Public Transport either motorized or non motorized in Bangalore.  Excpt the BMTC bus facility,  Public Transport in case of Commuter Rail, Metro, Cycling and now Pedestrian facility,  Bangaloe is doing very bad inspite of  having spent huge money in 1000 crore to buy high end Buses for BMTC & costruct TTMC's

We are probably going to see a severe water shortage from mid April onwards. The word going around is that this won't be a routine shortage that we are used to over last few years. May get pretty serious.
