Hi,
I need some advise on how to proceed with my situation. I received a ticket in post for apparently riding on the footpath at Adugodi Uco bank junction. The issue is that my bike has been at home for the last 3 months and noone else uses it. I suspect the constable may have jotted down the number wrong.
What can I do in this situation to overturn the ticket? Do I need to go to court for this? Or is there any other faster route.
Any advise appreciated.
