I think we should ask BMTC to run buses on NICE road especially buses starting from electronic City towards Girinagar, BSK II/III stage, Srinagar, Hanumantha Nagar, Chandra layaout, Vijayanagar, Rajaji Nagar .etc
The buses can take NICE road till PES college interchange & take right turn on ring road towards Girinagar, BSK II/III stage, Srinagar, Hanumantha Nagar ..etc. This will cut travelling time by almost 45 minutes during peak hours. (already infosys playing 5-6 buses on NICE road which goes to Girinagar & nearby areas)
Once Ring road, rail overbridge is complete (I have been hearing about completing date since May 31 2010), buses can go till sumanahalli flyover & go towards Rajaji nagar, Basaveshnagar, Vijaya nagar ..etc
Above route benifit people who are working in Electronics city. Let BMTC start service in morning /evening on selected routs on trial basis. This will give tough competion to company operated private buses and more people will start using the road.
(if bridge over BG road is completed, It will save additional 8 - 10 minutes )

NICE road
That's a good idea.... but who wil listen ..........
Nice road can be used during peak hours atlast from kengari to E-CITY.
From the Kengaeri TTMC le the ordinary and VOLVO too ply on NICE road till E-city atleast for a month by giving good publicity.... the major stops should only be at the Kankapura Rd Junction and Bannergatta road. S that it wil help many public working near by also for those COMPANIES located along the Banner gatta rd.

Buses on NICE road from Ecity to South & SouthWest parts of BLR
Many companies in Electronics using BMTC buses uses NICE Road. Keeping political controversy on NICE road aside, can BMTC start services from Electronics city to South Southwest parts of bangalore like Giri Nagar, Avalahalli, Katruguppe, Uttarahalli, Attiguppe/Chandralayout/ Vijayanagar Basaveshwar Nagar/ Rajaji Nagar
Route 1
Ecity -NICE Road PES College exit - Katriguppe/SriNagar
Ecity - NICE PES college exit -GiriNagar/Avalahalli
Route 2
Ecity- NICE PES college exit - SumanaHalli Flyover - Kamakshi Palya/ Basaveshanagr - RajajiNagar
Route 3
Ecity- NICE PES college exit - Nayanda Halli - Bapuji Nagar - Attiguppe -Vijay Nagar
Route 4
Ecity- Kanakapura Rd Exit - Gubbalala - Uttarahalli - Chikkallasanda - Padmananabha Nagr
Infosys is already playing buses(including BMTC buses ) on NICE road.
BMTC should seriously thinking playing buses on NICE road. Some of them can extended till Narayana Hrudayalaya.
