Spotted a few big10 buses on old madras road... has the service started?.. there are no updates on btis.in website ..... anyone travelled on this route...
[additionally - where does the service terminate? what is the frequency? where does it connect with Hop on Hop off?]

I saw it too
Saw at least 2 Big10 this week on Old Madras Road at Byapanahalli since Tuesday. May be they are only doing trial runs, because the bus looked empty.
BMTC should start educating and advertizing about Big10 services. The excuse that let it all first be ready is not good.
By the way, I see that Varthur/Airport road Big10 is doing good business.
