Clearing mud and sand accumulated on the road

Hi, In addition to the numerous problems we already have on road and road works in Bangalore. I wanted to bring attention to the huge amount of mud and sand scattered on all roads in Bangalore. It may seem the lowest in the priority of BBMP to clean it up. But clearly there are many issues related to this. Some of them i have observed

Embassy Golf Links on Intermediate Ring Road, Koramangala is one of first IT parks in Bangalore and houses large facilities of several MNCs such as IBM, Microsoft, Netapp, Yahoo and Goldman Sachs. This campus houses thousands of employees. One huge problem that the employees face is to cross the street right outside their facility.

Bengaluru Mono Rail - proposal details

There is a proposal for runing Mono Rail in Bangalore by SCOMI-Geodesic consortium which is proposed to be awarded using the swiss-challenge method. As per initial high level information sent to Praja the consortium is proposing to build monorail along the three corridors.

[Posting on behalf of Dr. Rajeev Gowda]. There is tremendous anger, disgust and fear about the actions of the "moral police." We have witnessed attacks on women and threats to our choices as citizens of free India. To enable people all over Bengaluru (and elsewhere) to express their feelings in a Gandhian way, we are conducting a series of simultaneous peace protests.

Painting the speed breakers

we have encountered numerous speed breakers across the city roads, most of them not being painted which results in serious accidents and damage to the riders. painting the speed breakers and installing signs of warning at a distance safe to break will avoid many accidents and injuries. especially duirng night time unpainted speedbreakers are silent killers.
