Freedom of speech, peaceful assembly and religion are the most important fundamental rights of any citizen of a country. Right to property though justifiable, the concept of socialism, prevented its inclusion in our constitution.

Violation of these rights result in punishments as prescribed in the Indian Penal Code, subject to discretion of the judiciary. These rights, defined in Part III of the Constitution, apply irrespective of race, place of birth, religion, caste, creed or sex. They are enforceable by the courts, subject to specific restrictions Click. [1]

Concept of “Right” of an individual manifests only while interacting with others. Thus it places constraints and obligations upon the actions of the state and individuals or groups. Click [2]
