Summary Revision of Electoral Rolls with 01.01.2011 as the qualifying date have been announced between 10th and 25th Nov 2010. Forms with proof of address and proof of age can be submitted at polling booth, Mahanagara Palike office during working hours between 10th and 25th Nov 2010. 14th and 21st are special campaign days and applications will be received between 9am and 6pm on those days.
