How NHAI is collecting Revised Toll when service Road is not completed as per agreement with Navyug : Details of NHAI agreement copy road map and its service roads
Location of toll plaza should be after ITC factory and Railway Bridge before the trumpet flyover. . But in this case toll plaza as per agreement to be before Trumpet flyover.
NHAI Service Road thru out Tolled Highway as per Agreement, why this is not be done and Why GOK is keeping silent and its surprising that Chief Secretary of GOK, Transport Sec / GOK did not even read the agreement and send objection letter to NHAI for allowing this type. I feel Chief Secretary could have asked NHAI to stop collecting revised toll siting law and order issue due to illegal thing NHAI is doing. I feel GOK officials have no guts to take head on Central Govt. for wrong thing.
Toll plaza at 538 Km only, that means, passengers travelling from Devanhalli to BIAL and back to Devanhalli not charged as per this, but actual ground reality is much different. As the Service road need to be depressed for Air Traffic Movement at Yelahanka Air force station
NHAI and Navyug need to act as per agreement in this case .Service and fencing from the tolled highway.
Why do we have Transport Minister and Dist In charge minister, to take on TransportS ec / GOI.

Hi Sanjeev,
If NHAI clealy states in this doc that the highway upgradation starts at 534.720KM - i.e after trumpet interchange to KIAL , then why did NHAI build a toll before the trumpet and start taxing the happless passengers?
I think Bangalore is the only city where people travelling to Airport are made to pay a toll !
Can A PIL be filed by 'Praja.in' and other organizations to qustion the validity of this toll plaza ?
