Section 420 “char sow bees” is an ill famous case known for cheating. If you think of NGOs it comes to mind that it is a common device for money laundering. A combination of these two is deadly in this case. A court directive was expected as NGO is a much used conduit for money laundering. [1]  It is unfortunate that Kiran Bedi being the first Lady Police officer who rose to high levels in her career is facing such a charge. [2]

It is a surprise of surprises that our judiciary is proactively directing the police to book an FIR against Kiran.
