criminal negligence and contempt of court
As you all know a number of roads have been widened in bangalore. many of these are now one ways. sarjapur road is one of them .TRaffic moves at a fair speed down these roads. Crossing these roads is a nightmare. This concern has come up time and again. If I am not mistaken a PIL has also been filed looking at pedestrian safety. I remember the High Court pulling up the authorities on this issue. however NOTHING has happened to protect pedestrian safety by building skywalks etc. many people are seriously each day, many seriously. My watchman was a victim of a hit and run incident this morning while crossing sarjapur road. I intend to file a PIL against the authorities. however for this I require a reference of the original PIL. Does anyone have it?
