RAIL DAY!

Sunday, 26th Jan, I planned to visit Lalbagh to see the Flower Show (Since my parents were here, so thought of showing them one of the special shows which happens twice a year in Bangalore).

Yesterday evening, I was in jayanagar, and I chose to pay-n-park in ttmc jayanagar instead of looking for free parking in the residential roads.
 When I parked, nobody gave me any receipt, and I also forgot to ask that time.

As we have talked a lot about public transport as well as pedestrian friendly infrastructure, many of Prajagalu's must be aware of the fact that thousands of people cross the road in front of EGL campus/DELL office on Inner Ring Road, Domlur. Still there is no safe way and no right of way for the pedestrians.

Saturday evening, I was in Apollo hospital to collect my health check-up reports, the apollo hospital in front of Jyoti Nivas College, Koramangala. When I was coming out, what I saw was very sad. Moral policing by NSUI just in the front of City police, It was like police was supporting NSUI members (law breaker or members of taking-law-in-own-hands).

A few days back, I had to go to Electronics city with a friend of mine, I rarely go towards that side (Hosur Road) generally. And that was the first time, we took the Elevated Flyover over the Hosur Road. I thought of an idea/suggestion that if a BMTC mini-bus kind of vehicle can just do a to-and-fro from Start of the Flyover (near SilkBoard) and Electronics-City toll-post.

I have taken 2 snaps below - one at the Domlur flyover and another of Jayadeva Flyover. These photos clearly show why there are jams before and after the flyover.
