Education Loans to Farmers Misused

We have many times read in news paper and watch tv on governments letting of the loans taken by the farmers for agriculture...but do u all think this is really helping the farmers just think then why the hell the farmers are kiiling themself by suicide... Well the agriculture loans are given not to the really needed farmers but it goes to the well and rich farmers with adjustment of the political peoples and bank managers ..90% of the agricultural loans are mis used by the rich farmers they take the loans and buy earth moving equipmentsjcb and commercial vehicles and use them as for personal needs,where the ordinary farmers are denied loans ,by which the ordinary farmers are forced to take loans from the private financiaers who cahrge them huge intrest on the laons when they fail 2 repay the loans taken then they are harassed by the goondas recovery agents and they are forced to kill themself..where as these death will be published as farmer died bcoz of debt and government let off the loans and this benifits the rich farmers as they dont have 2 pay back the debt given as agricultural loans.. Now my suggestion on this is ,rather than government giving loans to the farmers ,the governments should supply quality seeds ,quality combusts to the really required farmers by taking exact and genuine report form the vilages by the agricultural departmenst themself with out taking any help from the political or any hech mans help. So the really needed farmers will get quality seeds and he will grow it and sell it in the market and pay the seeds and other issued amount 2 the agricultural departments which will easy theis corruption in the agricukltural loan mafia... Suggetion required..
