Good opportuniy missed by the bad leadership at Karnataka Govt.  and Elected representatives on Commuter Rail / Suburban Rail.  Will Any heads roll for this mess  in karnataka :

More then 6 years, this project is hanging at both GOK and Railway Minister side.  Both of them have no interest  / seriousness to implement the suburban rail bangalore except  balming each other and making reports.

Already Bangalore people have suffered  and  will not have any big relief  for next 10 years also.

TenderSURE - why secretive?

Yes, its beyond doubt that TenderSURE is one of the best things to happen to Bengaluru..howver what is disconcerting is the veil of secrecy or the lack of information around it..the JUSP site mentions the following:

I recently travelled to New Delhi and used city buses as well as saw many Marcopolo buses operating there, both Diesel and CNG without any problems and huge amount of smoke they emit in Bengaluru. Bangalore had many Marcopolo buses which although comfortable inside, was emitting too much smoke outside , low pickup and frequent failures.
