BMRCL has for the first time taken a very positive step by sharing the dpr for the phase 2a which connects Central Silk Board to KR puram (via ORR) on the internet.

They have also invited review comments by the general public. We have time till end of this month.

Well ANalysed by the authors.

Now Railway AC fares are higher then even the AC Bus Fares.  

So accounting does not help for the market dynamics and this need to be under stood by Railway Minister.

Accounting is number game and  efficiency is Engineering skill,  Wastage  is Corruption  in Indian Railways.

Karnataka has a legitimate grievance that its drinking water woes will worsen on the Supreme Court enforced release of Cauvery water to Tamil Nadu. Just as Tamil Nadu has a genuine case that without this release its samba crop would be in danger.
