Looking forward to wards BBMP Engineer / Commissioner to  attend meeting with DULT and  come  out where will be skywalks / FOB are feasible and required.

From Hulimavu Gate (off bannerghatta main road) to Ragavendra Temple (DAYA MK apartment) all the small shops are encroaching the foot path.
Most of the shops keep items in the foot path which is creating problem for traffic also.
Some of the garages repairing bikes/auto in the main road itself.

Bengaluru is NOT a pedestrian friendly city. Pedestrian injuries and deaths are on a rise. Roads get widened, new roads get built, flyovers and underpasses come up every year, but very few of these projects see the required investment and designs for pedestrian amenities.

Look at how we want Public Transport either motorized or non motorized in Bangalore.  Excpt the BMTC bus facility,  Public Transport in case of Commuter Rail, Metro, Cycling and now Pedestrian facility,  Bangaloe is doing very bad inspite of  having spent huge money in 1000 crore to buy high end Buses for BMTC & costruct TTMC's
