  • email helplines - most departments have complaint email ids
  • Phone based helplines - Phone numbers of utility offices in local area
  • RTI helplines and officers - Address and details on obtaining information via RTI application

Categorizing all these phone numbers, addresses and websites is a bit tricky, so expect some duplication here and there. Structure of this book could change with time as information in here grows.
