- Form 6 - For inclusion of name
- Form 7 - Deletion of name
- Form 8 - Corrections to existing EPICs/electoral list
- Form 8A - Change in address within same Assembly Segment
Arise, Awake, Stop not till tangible democratic changes take place

There are many problems being faced by citizens.. We need to find solutions to problems that we face everyday. There is no meaning in going backwards.. it is better to go forward because nothing is impossible.
