Poor Connectivity to Krishna Garden

Bus
I would like to bring to your notice that we the residents of Krishna Garden, BHEL Layout, Concorde Layout, Mylasandra Village and Global Village face the following issues:
• Extremely poor last mile connectivity: We need to walk a bare minimum of a km to obtain a bus to any part of the city. This is fraught with danger especially at night as the area is still very lonely. There is no bus directly connecting to Global Village unlike in the case of Whitefield or Electronics City.
• Indiscipline of part of drivers and conductors of 225K, 225CB, 225 D and 225 DA: The staffs of these routes are an undisciplined lot and make us, the hapless passengers wait for almost 20 to 30 minutes in the morning on the pretext of eating breakfast. When someone tries to complain, the staff normally gets defensive. We are not against the staff having breakfast, but they inordinately delay the departure of buses. This is the case with almost every trip starting from the origin. The driver starts the journey to the destination after a gap of half an hour.
• Very Few Buses from Rajajrajeshwari Nagar to KBS: Unlike other areas, there are very few buses from Rajajrajeshwari Nagar to KBS. In fact, there are more buses to KR Market from Rajarajeshwari Nagar. I request you to increase the frequency of buses to KBS. Even the few KBS buses, which run from RR Nagar, are diverted to Vidhana Soudha in the morning inconveniencing the common man a lot.
• Very Few Volvo Services from Rajajrajeshwari Nagar/ Kengeri: There are very few Volvo Buses, which start from Rajarajeshwari Nagar or Kengeri. There are only two buses 500KR and 500 KE and these services are very infrequent. I request you to introduce a Volvo bus from Global Village to ITPL or Bagmane Tech Park. This could be routed through Majestic as it would earn maximum revenue for the Corporation since the other Volvo bus from Kengeri/ RR Nagar goes via Banashankari.

A docket was created with the number 5893 but no action has been taken so far. We even met the Depot manager about this but it has been of no avail.

Regards

Amit
