Australia on Thursday apologized to Indian doctor Mohammad Haneef for wrongly detaining him on terror charges three years back, saying it was a mistake and hoped that the compensation paid to him will mark the end of an “unfortunate chapter”.

I do understand some of the concerns you have raised , these can be reduced/fixed using various options.

1.Some company like Infosys/ Satyam would like to maximum put up their hoardings in the stations which would anyways be the case even if we do not lease out the station to them.
