RTI application to AAI about HIAL

Guys,

Below is the content of an RTI application which I would be submitting to AAI for the information on process / facts on ATC operationalization at HIAL. That would give an idea whether BIAL lived upto the requirements or not. Also I would be submitting a separate application for BIAL.

Bangkok's experience with it's new Suvarnabhumi International Airport provides good lessons for Bangalore. The earlier Don Muang Airport has been retained by the Government of Thailand because of capacity constraints in the new Suvarnabhumi Airport.

An Interim solution to faster access to the BIAL Airport from City/Mekhri Circle

This is my suggestion w.r.t to faster access to the BIAL from the Bangalore City. The suggestion is as follows : 1) Once every 2 hours , block the entire stretch of road from Mekhri Circle to BIAL ( on NH7 ).

Can you point out ten important cause for the traffic congestion in the city? 1. Signal jumping, 2. Short distance signals, 3. Unorganized road signages, 4. Local repair works, 5. Due to officials passing, 6. U turns, 7. narrow roads, 8. Vehicle breakdowns on road & accidents 9. Religious issues, 10.commercial and other Buildings
