Safety - how do we enforce it?

Road safety isn't only about rash driving, seat-belts or using cellphones. A thing like this (pic on left) can easily turn into that (pic on right): Isn't it? What if you were riding or driving behind the blue truck (above) when its load came crashing down on the road?

Mysore-track doubling is fine, what about the single line to Mangalore?

GVK started that active discussion to inquire about Mysore track doubling progress. What about Mangalore line? Any idea what is up here?

When Marathahalli bridge construction work was in full swing (it still is), and we were struggling to cross the run-down work site, I was thinking about connectivity problems of this east-of-Bangalore suburb. When I say Whitefield, I mean the whole Mahadevpura, Hoody, ITPL, Whitefield, RG Halli, Brookfields, Kundalahalli region.
